Dr. Mihindu Jayasuriya
MBBS
Dr. Mihindu Jayasuriya completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at Deakin University (2017). He subsequently worked at The Royal Melbourne Hospital for several years, rotating through various tertiary level subsurgical specialities including neurosurgery, cardiothoracic and orthopaedic surgery as well as spending a considerable time in intensive care medicine and anaesthetics. He has since used his clinical experience and passion for cannabinoid medicine to transition to working at Releaf Clinics, where he is an Authorised Prescriber with the TGA for Medicinal Cannabis Products.
Dr. Sandy Fieldhouse
GP, Medicinal Cannabis Practitioner
Dr Sandy Fieldhouse graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from Monash University in 1991.
During her studies she was the recipient of the University’s Inaugural Bryan Hudson Memorial prize for Medicine. She also received the International Sims Medical Foundation scholarship giving her the opportunity to work and study in Africa.
Her medical experience extends to many years practice in emergency medicine, general practice and cosmetic medicine.
For twelve years she maintained a busy mental health practice as a GP Mental Health Specialist at Elwood Family Clinic, working as a therapist. She is also a GP Mental Health Educator with the Black Dog Institute, providing training and mentorship to general practitioners and other healthcare professionals.
She is trained in the use of medicinal cannabis and believes it can be a powerful therapy in the treatment of a variety of conditions and she is passionate about helping people with the role medicinal cannabis may play in their health and recovery. She brings to her practice a broad and holistic approach. Her interests in medicinal cannabis are wide, including treating patients with cancer, neurological disorders, chronic pain, insomnia, anxiety, depression and other mental health disorders.
Her interests outside of medicine include spending time with her husband and three
adult children, travel, yoga and knitting blankets for family members.
Dr. Victor Goh
GP, Medicinal Cannabis Practitioner
Dr Victor Goh graduated from Monash University, Clayton and has worked in rural Victoria for almost 10 years. He manages a wide variety of health conditions using a patient-centred care model. His qualifications include MBBS, FRACGP, Certificate in Clinical and Advanced Hypnosis and Foundations of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine.
Dr Goh has special interests in integrative medicine, mental health and chronic pain. In addition, he is an Authorised Prescriber for medicinal cannabis.
Dr. Jimmy Lee
GP, Medicinal Cannabis Practitioner
Dr Jimmy Lee has been practising medicine for over 10 years in Australia including 7 years experience in General Practice. He obtained his Bachelor and specialised degree in General Medicine in France before moving to Australia in 2010 and afterwards obtaining his Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Dr Jimmy has a special interest in medicinal cannabis and is an authorised prescriber.
His key areas of service include pain management, mental health, insomnia, palliative care, addiction, multiple sclerosis, and Parkinson’s disease.
He speaks French and English.
