About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and client-focused specialist with a deep understanding of both paid and organic search strategies. The role is a 50/50 split between SEO and SEM, so hands-on experience in both areas is essential. You will work directly with clients, using your solid business acumen and technical expertise to drive search performance across the board.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, manage, and optimise paid search campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, X and Reddit.
- Utilize SEO tools (e.g., Semrush) to report on organic search metrics and performance.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve rankings, keyword strategy, domain authority, and link-building initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure campaign objectives are met.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices for search marketing.
- Analyse campaign data and prepare detailed reports to showcase ROI and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience developing and implementing SEO strategies.
- 2+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns on Google Ads (SEM).
- Strong understanding of content strategy, keyword strategy, domain authority, and link-building.
- Experience using SEO tools like Semrush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Experience in the Australian Healthcare market is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
- Australian Citizen / Australian Permanent Resident / Temporary Resident (full Australian working rights)
