Position Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions within the organisation. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and lead the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate is passionate about recruitment, highly organised, and skilled at building strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Develop and post job ads on relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source potential candidates using a variety of methods (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking).
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and shortlist candidates for further interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, providing candidate feedback.
  • Manage the candidate experience from application to offer, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Continuously refine and improve recruitment processes to ensure efficient, high-quality hiring.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Australian Citizen / Australian Permanent Resident / Temporary Resident (full Australian working rights)
